Follow-up with the Town Clerk on issue she has
Review City & Town article and further discuss appointed vs elected Treasurer and Collector positions/Review town counsel’s opinion on changing a position from Elected to Appointed

Continue discussions on instituting performance reviews; review all samples
Town records (create policy for town records and update on cemetery and burial records being returned to town hall)
